wedding mementoes?
Our daughter will be 9 months old at our wedding so i was thinking of having a book at the wedding where guests can write a little something about the day for her to read when she is older, as she’ll be too young to actually remember it. Do you think this is aa good idea, or a bit silly? I was also thinking of instead of (or maybe as well as) the traditional guest book, of having a book of either advice for the future, or wishes for the future, or notes to open on our anniversaries. what do you think? can you think of any other mementoes we could have?
I think I like the letters thing, and the book of mementos, great idea! We’re doing a scrapbook at our reception that has room for everyone to write well wishes, advice, notes, and stories in! We’re going to have it passed around and everyone will sign, not just one family, but every individual guest, except for the kids who can’t write yet.
