Help with dress accessories?
I’m going to a friend’s wedding on November 2. It’s near Lake Tahoe and I know it’s going to be cold. I’ve bought this dress:

And I’m wearing a pearl necklace with matching earrings. I still need shoes and a jacket. I’m not made of money so I’m looking for a jacket under $50 and shoes under $40.
Also, my husband is short and I can’t wear high heels but kitten heels are ok. I prefer open toe shoes but if you can find warmer shoes that are cute that would be amazing. Any help is greatly appreciated!
