having a wedding in novi/ann arbor area michigan?

I am having a wedding next sept. and i am looking for florists, photographer, reception site, ceremony sites, DJ you name it i need it. I am on a tight budget!!! Any one have any ideas of places for me?

I’m getting married in May, in Ann Arbor, and we’re also on a tight budget. My suggestions are to find a place where you can have both the reception and ceremony (it’ll help save costs). If you want to get married in a church, you could have the reception at the hall at the church. Or, you could get married outside, and have the reception in a hall. If your parents/family members/good friends have a nice house, and big enough backyard, you could do it there.
A good Web site to try is theknot.com. Also- I found my dress on sale at a bridal store in Ann Arbor, and got it for half off, and it’s exactly what I wanted. It doesn’t even need to be taken in, so i got really lucky. Try shopping around for a dress.
Honestly, the best thing for you to do is first figure out what you want, how many people you want, and go from there.
The best way to save money is to invite less people, and not to decorate with flowers.
